Installation instructions

Dependencies:

• python 3.6, pip
• samtools
• java runtime environment 8 or higher

Installation instructions:

• Download or clone the source folder
• Create a python 3.6 virtual environment for the installation of python packages
• Install python requirements with pip
• Source genome data using snakemake
