Dependencies:
    * python 3.6, pip
    * samtools
    * java runtime environment 8 or higher

Installation instructions:

    * Download or clone the source folder
    * Create a python 3.6 virtual environment for the installation of python
      packages
    * Install python requirements with pip
    * Source genome data using snakemake
